1) The government of Andhra Pradesh has passed an order and accorded administrative sanction to the State Skill Development Corporation for the establishment of one skill development university and 30 skill development colleges across the state.

2) Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt has received a golden visa for the UAE.
UAE government had in 2019 implemented a new system for long-term residence visas, enabling foreigners to live, work and study in the UAE without the need of a national sponsor. These golden visas are issued for five or 10 years and will be renewed automatically.
3) A book titled “Languages of Truth: Essays 2003-2020” authored by Salman Rushdie. In his new book, Rushdie attempts to perform a defensive castling move.
4) The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) initiated a pan Indian movement to collectively engage five million young people to combat the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. The movement is named “Young Warrior” and is aimed to impact 50 million people across the country.

The saline gargle method is simple, fast, cost-effective, patient-friendly, and comfortable.
7) The World Health Organization (WHO) and Switzerland signed a Memorandum of Undersatnding (MoU) to launch a BioHub facility that will allow rapid sharing of pathogens between laboratories and partners to facilitate a better analysis and preparedness against them.
