2) Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa unveiled 'Xcelerator Bengaluru' to help women entrepreneurs grow across the state.

3) The HDFC Bank has launched the “SmartUp Unnati mentoring Programme”. This programme was launched to provide its support to the women entrepreneurs.
4) Union Minister for Labour and Employment Santosh Kumar Gangwar launched the convergence of ESI Scheme with Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, PM-JAY in 113 districts of Chhatisgarh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.
It was launched on the culmination day of Employees' State Insurance Corporation, ESIC, Special Services Fortnight at New Delhi.

5) Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan announced that two Passport Seva Kendras will be transformed into 'all women' PSKs to mark International Women's Day.
The minister initiated the transformation of two Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) into 'all women' PSKs. One is at R K Puram, New Delhi, and the other at Tripunithura in Cochin, Kerala.

6) Union Minister Anurag Thakur became the first serving MP to be appointed as Captain in the Territorial Army. Thakur was commissioned as a Lieutenant in July 2016. Thakur was promoted as a Captain in the 124 Sikh regiment.

10) Parliament approved a Bill to amend the arbitration law.
the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Bill, 2021 was passed through voice vote in the Rajya Sabha. The Bill was passed by the Lok Sabha on February 12, 2021.
